The founder of the Forum was the first Roman emperor Augustus, like two stone inscriptions from the third century, was completed as a building occupied. It covers an area of 90x45 m. The 73m² apartment can accommodate five people and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The first bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide), the second has a double bed (180cm wide). The wardrobes provide ample storage space. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bath, a washbasin and a WC. The spacious kitchen has a dining space and is equipped with a stove and and oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Apart from the kitchen, the living room also has an air conditioning unit, two sofa beds (190cm long) and a TV.
The owner cultivates fresh vegetables and fruit in the big garden. In front of the house there are a furnished terrace and a barbecue. The yard around the house is fenced and therefore suitable for children and pets. There are free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
Note that this holiday apartment is only available to let from beginning- July to end-August.
On the street there are four grocery shops, a bakery and a market, where you can buy all everyday essentials. A kilometre away there are also two supermarkets. Near the house there are two rocky beaches. It is 1300 metres to the Zadar old town.
Near Zadar on Velebit Mountain were shooting the 10 films about the legendary Indian chief Winnetou by Karl May novels. Your can take the photo-safari excursions which include tour trails of Winnetou.
