This light and generously laid out holiday apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. It is right by the Roman Forum, in the historic centre of Zadar, and offers a unique view of the newly designed John Paul II Square, the Roman Forum, the promenade, the sea and the islands.
The modern, 63m² apartment was renovated in 2012, is equipped with air conditioning and can accommodate six people. The big living room (25m²) provides a flatscreen LCD TV with satellite channels and a sofa landscape with two sofa beds. There is also a double bed in the living room. The bedroom has another double bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has a beautiful round dining table. The bathroom has a washing machine, a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and bathroom furniture with plenty of storage space. Wireless Internet access is available.
There is a public car park in front of the building.
The apartment is just 50 metres from the sea and the beach and is surrounded by monuments, museums, restaurant, cafés and nightclubs. Admire the nearby famous sea organ. During the summer months, many cultural and entertaining events are held on John Paul II Square.
