This apartment enjoys a very central location in the town of Zadar, in the Poluotok district, the historic core of the town.
The apartment is on the first floor and provides around 64m² of living space. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each of the rooms has a wardrobe, a TV and a stereo system and one also has air conditioning. The living room provides two sofas, which three further people can sleep on, along with a TV and air conditioning. Internet access is available. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and other appliances. There is also a dining space. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine.
There is also a 9m² balcony with a grill and balcony furniture. Parking spaces are available right in front of the accommodation.
The apartment was renovated in 2011. You receive a welcome gift on arrival.
It is just 30 metres to a small grocery shop. Nearby you can also find a bank (40 metres), a post office (40 metres), a hospital (1km), a cinema (50 metres), restaurants (40-200 metres). Many other shops and a shopping centre are not far away. Near the apartment there are various discos. As Zadar is a very old town, it has a lot of sights to admire. These include the Forum Romanum, the town walls and many other buildings, including Roman. The town is also famous for its many good and typical restaurants.
