    “Valfabbrica heeft een erg mooie omgeving met een glooiend landschap vol bos en natuur. Qua boodschappen duurde het wel minimaal 20 minuten voordat je bij een supermarkt kwam die erg duur was en niet veel te bieden had. In Perugia zit een lydl waar wij maar boodschappen gingen doen omdat het daar veel goedkoper is. Minpuntje alleen is dat het een stuk verder ligt. Assisi is een mooi stadje vol bezienswaardigheden en dat is wel echt de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Perugia viel ons een beetje tegen. Het heeft een supermooi centrum, maar het is heel klein en er zijn totaal geen stapmogelijkheden. Zelfs geen kroeg! Voor jongeren zal ik Valfabbrica niet sterk aanraden omdat er niet veel te doen is, maar houd je van cultuur en een mooie omgeving dan is Valfabbrica een goede plek om heen te gaan”

    “Das Haus liegt zwischen Pianello und Valfabbrica - beides keine besonders reizvollen Orte. Allerdings sind in ca. 20 Minuten Assisi und Perugia zu erreichen, in 30 Minuten Gubbio. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Valfabbrica (ein weiterer Supermarkt in Pianello ist im Bau). Zu Fuß sind die Orte nicht erreichbar (etwa um morgens zum Bäcker zu gehen). Ein Auto muss man schon dabei haben.”
