This apartment was completed in February 2013. It is about 70 metres from the large shared pool. The accommodation is comfortable and stylishly decorated. It comprises a spacious kitchen with access to the veranda, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.

When eating out on the veranda you can enjoy the panorama with a view of the valley.

    “Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem äußerst charmanten, sympathischen und stets hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Paolo. Dank seiner perfekten Englisch-Kenntnisse konnten wir uns wunderbar mit ihm unterhalten - mit unserem mageren Italienisch wäre das mühsamer gewesen.

    Die kleine Anlage liegt zwischen den Orten Pianello und Valfabbrica am Ende einer zuweilen etwas steilen Schotterstraße sehr schön auf der Kuppe eines Hügel mitten im Grünen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, insbesondere hat das Bett eine gute Matratze und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf kann man einen Beutel mit Wäsche bei Paolo abgeben und bekommt dann einen Korb mit der gewaschenen Kleidung zurück, die man dann neben dem Haus auf die Wäscheleine hängen kann.

    Da Haus ist in den Hang gebaut, man hat vom Essplatz auf der Veranda direkt vor der Küche einen wunderbaren Blick über das Tal. Ab und zu besuchen einen die niedlichen Hauskatzen oder der gutmütige Hund. Zum Pool können wir nichts sagen, leider war es während unseres Besuches zu kalt zum Baden.

    Wer als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der umbrischen Sehenswürdigkeiten eine schöne Wohnung im Grünen sucht, dem ist diese sehr zu empfehlen!”
