Located off the coast of Croatia, Brač is the largest island among the Dalmatian Islands. Supetar is a lively town and bathing resort located on the North coast of Brač. Families often choose to book a holiday apartment or a holiday house in Supetar to explore the region's history. Among the most important landmarks are the Church of Mary Annunciation and Saint Martin, which was built in the 18th century. The nearby village and harbour of Sutivan is famous for its wine production, fishing and olive growing. At the end of the Sutivan cove there is a park with an avenue of palm trees and the area near Cape Gomilica is known for its underwater fishing.
