    “Zum Shoppen muss man auf jeden Fall fahren, denn dieser Ort ist sehr klein. Es gibt 3-4 Restaurants in denen sollte man aber Tags vorher reservieren sonst sieht es schlecht aus. Mit englisch kommt man wenig weiter und wir hatten immer so das Gefühl, dass wir als Nichtitaliener nicht so wirklich willkommen waren, schade. Die Einheimischen waren durchweg sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben diesen Ort gewählt weil er direkt am Meer liegt und es nur knapp 40 km nach Rom sind. Außerdem ist Ostia Antica nicht weit, auch sehr empfehlenswert.
    Der Strand war eigentlich sauber, die bezahlten Abschnitte natürlich sauberer aber es ging auch so. Nervig waren die Verkäufer aber das hat man ja überall.”

Kaum Bürgersteige, viele Schlaglöcher, einige heruntergekommene Häuser. Aber Geschäfte, Restaurants, etc., der Supermarkt im Nachbarort Pomezia hat sogar rund um die Uhr auf.     “Der Strand ist ca. 1,3 km entfernt. Gepackt mit Fahrzeug, Sonnenschirm etc fährt man besser mit dem Auto hin, einen Parkplatz bekommt man immer. Sehr schöner, länger Strand und herrliches Meer. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe Supermarkt, Bäcker und alles was man braucht. Eine Promenade zum Bummeln gibt es aber nicht. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht nach Rom, Antik, Sperlonga, Terracina und Neapel. Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Touren.”
