Family-friendly, large holiday apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house in a spacious holiday home area in Ardea. This small community is located approx. 45 km south of Rome and the long white sandy beaches of Marina di Ardea are only approx. 1.8 km away from your holiday apartment. The house is surrounded by a large, well-tended garden with tall palm trees and Mediterranean plants and offers plenty of space for a relaxing family holiday. An ideal holiday apartment for a successful beach holiday and relaxing hours with a cozy barbecue evening at the house on the covered veranda. The small popular holiday resort Lido dei Pini is also not far away and has numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea attracts with long white sandy beaches and water sports as well as numerous shops and restaurants in the small coastal towns. Highlights: WLAN Activities nearby:

From Padiglione train station, you can take the train to Rome every 30 minutes. The journey takes about an hour and by car you are about 30 minutes (45 km).     “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Der Garten ist auch sehr groß. Außerdem gibt es eine überdachte  Terrasse und einen Platz zum grillen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Tipps sind außerordentlich hilfreich.
    Die Ferienwohnung liegt abseits der Hauptstraße in einem ländlichen Wohngebiet und der Strand ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
    Für uns war die Ferienwohnung ideal um den Strandurlaub mit einer Stadtbesichtigung Roms zu vereinbaren.”
