    “Mönsterås hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ICA, NETTO; COOP, einige gut sortierte Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, Cafè, Restaurants), Apotheke, Touristeninfo, sehr gepflegte öffentliche Plätze: Hafen, Spielplatz, Herzgesundheitsfitnessstrecke, Outdoor-Fitnessgeräte, Bowlingbahn, gute Radwege innerhalb der Kommune, ist aber auch in das Radwegenetz von Oscarshamn bis Kalmar eingebunden, schöne öffentliche und gut gepflegte Badestrände in Oknö und Timmernabben.

    Auch die Bibliothek der kleinen Kommune ist sehenswert.

    Die Lage für Besuche z. B. in Kalmar, auf der Insel Öland, Vimmerby und Kosta ist ideal und empfehlenswert.”
