Holiday house with a big lawn on a little island, right by the water

This charming house is on the little island of Alören and offers a breathtaking view over the sea. The country house is in an area with a charming landscape and a variety of flora and fauna.

The site is big, with bays and cliffs. In front of the house, on the south side, there is a big lawn for playing. There are also two furnished terraces with a sea view, for meals and relaxing. You parking space is on the mainland. Before arrival and departure you need to contact the owner, who lives in the neighbourhood.

The ground floor consists of a glazed veranda with a sea view, an open kitchen and living room furnished with antique furniture. There is a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a stove. TV, DVD and CD player are also available. The upper floor has a bedroom with new, modern beds, one double bed and two single beds.. One area is open towards the living room. The bathroom with a shower, sauna and washing machine is in a separate little house by the pier, not far from the house.

There are very good fishing possibilities here. There are a lot of pike and bass. You can swim from your own boat jetty or from the beach. The island is very quiet and peaceful. Perhaps you will see stags that come out at dusk. There are shops and other amenities on the mainland. It is 50 minutes from Stockholm and 60 minutes to Uppsala.

    “Das Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt herrlich ruhig und eignet sich sehr zur Entspannung und Erholung. Es ist mit viel Sinn für Natur und Ästhetik gestaltet und gepflegt. Verschiedene, schöne Möglichkeiten im Freien zu sitzen mit herrlichen Ausblicken aufs Wasser. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und wo nötig, hilfreich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt auf der kleinen Insel. Sehr empfehlenswert!”

    “Het vakantiehuis is prachtig gelegen op het eiland Alören. Het uitzicht is werkelijk onbeschrijflijk.
    Het huisje zelf is heel stijlvol en praktisch ingericht, er ontbreekt niets.
    De eigenaars, die net naast het vakantiehuisje wonen, zijn heel boeiende vriendelijke mensen en helpen je in alles waar je hulp bij wenst.
    Voor ons was het een onvergetelijke vakantie!
    We koesteren onze herinneringen.”

    “Sehr hübsches kleines Cottage, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, hell und freundlich.
    Die Lage ist super toll. Super Liegewiese vor dem Haus wo es immer auch was zu beobachten gibt. (Haubentaucher, Kanadagänse, fliegende Schwäne...)
    Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer bemüht uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.”
