    “La Santa is een heel rustig dorp, maar daar kozen we ook voor, bewust niet voor de drukte zoals in Puerto del Carmen gekozen. Van daaruit konden we makkelijk met de huurauto naar andere plekken reizen. Er zitten een aantal hele goeie restaurantjes in la santa, supermarkt om de hoek en bakkertje op loopafstand. La Santa zit wel aan de wat ruigere zee kant van lanzarote. Veel wind en met name in ochtend bewolking. Enige wat we misten is dat er geen strandtentje is aan zee, daarvoor moet je even doorrijden naar bijv. Caleta de Farmera.”
