This property with four luxury apartments and a separate villa is located on the cliff coast of La Matanza, about 280 meters above the sea. Just below the property is the natural park Costa Acentejo, with a circular walking path and paths to the ocean. The property is ideal for holidaymakers with exclusive taste, who are looking for peace and quiet in a rural setting.

The exclusive apartment is adjacent to the wellness area of the property. It boasts a large, cosy living room, furnished with a sofa bed (200 x 160 cm), a stereo and free internet access. The bedroom has a double bed (200 x 180 cm) and is equipped with a Swiss Flex system. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small bed, which can accommodate a child's cot. The modern kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The bathroom grants direct access to the wellness area. Towels and beach towels, as well as a blow dryer are supplied.



Enjoy the amazing views over the ocean, the volcanic landscape, the Tide and Puerto de la Cruz from the garden. At the back of the apartment is a waterfall and a little quiet nook - the perfect place to relax.



The wellness area with pool and sauna is also communally used and accessible via a walkway in the garden. There are no set opening times.



The house is an excellent home base for excursions to tourist attractions in the vicinity. You can explore the island and hike in the mountains. You can meet locals or enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy time with your partner or your family. You can enjoy good restaurants in the vicinity or prepare your own meals with produce and fresh fish from the farmer's market. It is about 200 m to the closest restaurant. Shopping facilities can be found in the nearest town, about 1500 m from the property. It is about 2000 meters to the nearest beach, El Caleton. It is about 15 kilometres to Puerto de la Cruz. Enjoy the hustle and bustle in town, and then return to the peace and quiet of the holiday rental.
