Modern holiday apartment with use of the garden, a large and a small balcony and a wonderful view of the sea

The holiday apartment is part of a modern house in a quiet neighbourhood in Okrug Gornji.

The apartment is on the second floor of the house and provides around 118m² of living space. A total of up to eight people can be accommodated comfortably. The centrepiece of the luxurious apartment is the spacious living and dining room that opens onto the big balcony. Modern and light furniture creates a pleasant living environment. The sofa in the second living room can also be turned into a sofa bed for two people. Two widescreen LCD TVs, air conditioning and wireless Internet access are provided. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and there is another double bed on the gallery. The very modern kitchen provides all the essentials and an oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can cook together at the kitchen island, which also has bar stools. The two spacious bathrooms each have a washbasin, WC and big shower. There is also a small bath.



The balcony measures as much as 50m² and affords a great view. It has a dining table with six chairs and a parasol and a sun lounger for two people. The bedroom opens onto the second small balcony. To the rear of the house there is the parking area and there is also a barbecue. The balcony faces west. The rooms face north, west and south. The house is sunny all day long.

The nearest shop is just 150 metres from the accommodation. It is about a ten-minute walk to the most famous beach in town, where there are many restaurants and water sports options. The nearest pebbled beach is just 250 metres away and the small harbour is 500 metres away. The house is in a quiet district, but all the essential amenities are nearby. It is just two kilometres to Trogir and 8km to Split airport, while the big ferry harbour in Split is just 25km away. Every 30 minutes there is a boat from Okrug Gornji to Trogir and there are also regular bus connections. You can hire a moped or a bike to explore the island of Ciovo.

    “Sehr schöne und auch komfortable Ferienwohnung. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Strand, zur Anlegestelle für die Wassertaxis, bzw. zu unzähligen Lokalitäten. Recht neu renoviert mit kleineren Mängeln, die nicht der Rede wert sind. Verständigung mit dem Vermiefer nur in englischer Sprache möglich. Vermieter sehr nett! Für eine Kapazität von 8 Personen zu wenig Geschirr.”

    “Vi har varit en stor grupp med 8 (5 tonåringar) vuxna, uppskattade att vi hittade ett sådant boende då det är svårt, samtidigt så nytt och fräscht. Det har fungerat bra, det enda var de tonåringar som fick sova i de öppna rummen, de hade uppskattat att kunna få avskildhet ex, draperi.
    Läget på boendet var bra, nära till strand och kvällsnöje för våra tonåringar, men ändå avskilt från trafik. Flera restauranger i närheten att gå till.
    Läget var toppen med fin utsikt över havet, men det är en brant uppförsbacke hem.

    Rena och snygga badrum, bra sängar en mycket fräsch lägenhet.. Toppen med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och ett stort kylskåp och separat frys!!
    Vi saknade 8 stolar då det bara fanns 6 stycken runt respektive bord (kök, altan).
    Parasollen var inte användbara, vinden vred dem, svårt att få skugga ¨på altanen.”
