Modern apartment with use of the garden, a large terrace and a captivating view of the sea

The apartment is part of a modern house just 500 metres from the little harbour. It is just 250 metres to the nearest pebbled beach.



This apartment is on the first floor of the house and provides around 100m² of living space. A total of up to six people can be accommodated comfortably. The centrepiece of the luxurious apartment is the spacious living and dining room with access to the big balcony. Modern and light furniture create a pleasant ambience. The corner sofa can also be converted into a sofa bed for two people. A widescreen LCD TV and air conditioning are provided. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. A supplementary bed is also available. The very modern kitchen provides all the essentials, along with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can cook together around the kitchen island. The spacious bathroom has two washbasins, a WC and a large shower. There is also a little bath.



The balcony measures as much as 45m² and offers a wonderful view. It has a dining table with six chairs. One of the bedrooms also has a little balcony of 3m². To the rear of the house there is the parking area and there is also a barbecue.



The nearest shop is just 150 metres away. It is a ten-minute walk to the most famous beach on the island. The house is in a quiet district, but all the important amenities are nearby. It is just 4km to Trogir, 8km to the airport in Split and 25km to the large ferry port in Split. Every 30 minutes there are boat connections from Okrug Gornji to Trogir.

Die Vermieter wohnen im EG des Hauses, was aber nur positiv ist, da sie vorbildlich bei Fragen helfen aber die Privatsphäre absolut wahren. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima: ruhig und trotzdem nahe zu allem was einen Urlaub am Meer ausmacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.”

Recht neu renoviert mit kleineren Mängeln, die nicht der Rede wert sind. Verständigung mit dem Vermiefer nur in englischer Sprache möglich. Vermieter sehr nett!     “Vi har varit en stor grupp med 8 (5 tonåringar) vuxna, uppskattade att vi hittade ett sådant boende då det är svårt, samtidigt så nytt och fräscht. Det har fungerat bra, det enda var de tonåringar som fick sova i de öppna rummen, de hade uppskattat att kunna få avskildhet ex, draperi.
    Läget på boendet var bra, nära till strand och kvällsnöje för våra tonåringar, men ändå avskilt från trafik. Flera restauranger i närheten att gå till.
    Läget var toppen med fin utsikt över havet, men det är en brant uppförsbacke hem.

    Rena och snygga badrum, bra sängar en mycket fräsch lägenhet.. Toppen med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och ett stort kylskåp och separat frys!!
    Vi saknade 8 stolar då det bara fanns 6 stycken runt respektive bord (kök, altan).
    Parasollen var inte användbara, vinden vred dem, svårt att få skugga ¨på altanen.”
