This charming vacation house is located on the beautiful island of Bra? in the center of Dalmatia region. The house is composed of one bedroom, one bathroom and a spacious living room on the ground floor. A steep spiral staircase leads to the attic and here you will find the second bedroom and the terrace with a beautiful sea view. There is a sloping roof that goes down to 115 cm wall height. On hot summer days you can find cooling in the pool next to the house. The property is powered by solar energy. The last 500 m to the vacation property leads an unpaved road.
