Apartment in Königstein with Private Parking and Great View

The holiday house in the midst of the Elbsandsteingebirge is on an elevation in Königstein. This guarantees a beautiful and unobstructed view towards Lilienstein. As the house only has a residential road leading to it, you can enjoy peace and quiet.

The apartment was completed in 2014 and the house was comprehensively renovated in 2013 and converted into an energy-saving house, paying attention to planning a resource-efficient property, as well as creating a residence where guests will feel comfortable straight away during the most enjoyable days in the year. The 57m² apartment in the attic is suitable for three people. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed that is shielded off. There is a modern bathroom with a rain shower and a glass cubicle, for relaxing after a tiring day. The living room and the kitchen, with their fresh and natural colour combination, invite you to enjoy a wonderful end to the day. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a microwave, a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a toaster. The apartment also has energy-saving under-floor heating (except the bedroom). A big flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a Bluray/DVD player and a collection of games are provided, so there will not be a dull moment even if the weather is inclement. Wireless Internet access is also available free of charge.

A 20m² terrace is reserved for you, with a great view towards Lilienstein, garden furniture and a relaxing lounger. The garden is for shared use and a grill area invites you to dine outdoors. There is a car parking space right in front of the house. If you need more than one space then the owner can offer several further parking spaces nearby. You can bring bicycles. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Pets are allowed on request.

Our town over 600 years old is also called the town of the four “Steins” in the vernacular: Königstein, Lilienstein, Quirlstein and Pfaffenstein. Interesting hiking routes lead to three of the four Steins. You can go on exploratory tours from Königstein through Saxonian Switzerland, whether it is by bicycle in the direction of the Czech Republic or as far as Dresden, or on foot along rough tracks. A bakery, butcher and supermarkets are within easy access by car.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist top! Alles neu und modern, aber auch gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Wohnung nicht nicht mitten im Ort, dafür in einer kleinen netten Siedlung auf einem Berg. Vom Balkon kann man herrlich die Aussicht auf den Lillienstein genießen. Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden. Die Festung Königstein liegt einen Berg weiter und ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.”
