Holiday Apartment in Königstein with Private Parking and Unobstructed View

The holiday house in the midst of the Elbsandstein Mountains is situated on an elevation in Königstein, which ensures a beautiful and unobstructed view towards Lilienstein. As there is only a residents’ road leading to the house, you can enjoy peace and quiet.

It was fully renovated in 2013 and converted into a low-energy house, paying attention to designing a resource-efficient property and to creating a home where guests will feel comfortable straight away for the most enjoyable days of the year. The 75m² apartment on the lower floor is suitable for four people. The second bedroom has a double bed that can also be separated into two single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a rain shower and glass cubicle, so you can relax after a tiring day. The living room and the kitchen with their fresh and natural colour combination invite you to enjoy a wonderful end to the day. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The apartment also has energy-saving under-floor heating and a fireplace stove. A big flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a Blu Ray/DVD player and a collection of games are provided, so there will not be a dull moment even in bad weather. Free wireless Internet access is available.

There is a 20m² terrace with garden furniture and a relaxation lounger reserved for you. The garden is for shared use, with a grill for leisurely hours. There is a car parking space right in front of the house. If you need more than one space then the owner has several further parking spaces available nearby. You can bring bicycles. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are allowed on request.

Our town more than 600 years old is also called the Town of Four Steins by the locals: Königstein, Lilienstein, Quirlstein and Pfaffenstein. Interesting hikes and tours lead to three of the four. From Königstein you can start out on exploratory tours through Saxonian Switzerland, whether it is by bike towards the Czech Republic or as far as Dresden, on foot along trails. A bakery, butcher and supermarkets are all within easy access by car.

    “Wir waren für drei Tage im schönen Königstein. Das Ferienhaus "Zur schönen Aussicht" hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Es war wirklich alles vom Feinsten und nagelneu. Alle Gerätschaften und Utensilien wurden eigens für diese Ferienwohnung angeschaft. Wir hatten das Glück die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung als Erste nutzen zu dürfen.
    Vom Vermieter wurden wir sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Von der Buchungsabwicklung bis zur Abreise verlief alles sehr unkompliziert und stets herzlich und freundlich!
