Centrally located villa with holiday apartments, with a big garden, by the nature reserve
The detached villa was built in 1912 and was comprehensively renovated in 2003. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in Sellin and the bridge (the thirteenth house from the bridge, going down Wilhelmstrasse). The front side of the villa faces Wilhelmstrasse, lined with summer linden trees, while the rear faces the nature reserve of the Granitz beech forests.
Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has a generous balcony or loggia. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, satellite TV and a radio. On arrival, fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are already set out. There is gas central heating. The site is partially enclosed and in the front area there is a cherry laurel hedge, but which is not very high. On the other side there is a slope and the forest. Parking spaces are available for a fee, but must be booked in advance.
The location of the villa is very central. The beach is 200 metres away and the restaurants on Wilhelmstrasse from only around 20 metres away. Shopping facilities in the centre of Sellin are within easy walking distance (bakery 30 metres, newspapers 30 metres, supermarket 300 metres).

Das Doppelbett ist 1,80m x 2,00m groß, das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten a 0,90m x 2,00m. Die fünfte und sechste Person findet auf der Doppelschlafcouch im Wohnbereich Platz. Die voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile verfügt nicht nur über einen Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank, sondern auch über einen Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Spülmaschine. So ist der Abwasch leicht gemacht. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne, WC, Föhn und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl können kostenlos auf Anfrage hinzugestellt werden. Kostenloses WLAN darf natürlich nicht fehlen.
