Centrally located villa with holiday apartments, with a big garden, by the nature reserve

The detached villa was built in 1912 and was comprehensively renovated in 2003. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in Sellin and the bridge (the thirteenth house from the bridge, going down Wilhelmstrasse). The front side of the villa faces Wilhelmstrasse, lined with summer linden trees, while the rear faces the nature reserve of the Granitz beech forests.

Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has a generous balcony or loggia. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, satellite TV and a radio. On arrival, fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are already set out. There is gas central heating. The site is partially enclosed and in the front area there is a cherry laurel hedge, but which is not very high. On the other side there is a slope and the forest. Parking spaces are available for a fee, but must be booked in advance.

The location of the villa is very central. The beach is 200 metres away and the restaurants on Wilhelmstrasse from only around 20 metres away. Shopping facilities in the centre of Sellin are within easy walking distance (bakery 30 metres, newspapers 30 metres, supermarket 300 metres).

Owing to the very positive guest reviews in recent years, we are still offering a wellness special at the villa: a wellness voucher (worth 50 euros, per booking) for the five-star Roewers private hotel with an exclusive wellness area, opposite the villa. This applies to bookings from five nights between January and May.

Holiday apartment 7 for up to four people

The two-room holiday apartment no. 7 measuring 48m² is suitable for two to four people and is on the second floor, on the side facing the Granitz forest, not facing Wilhelmstrasse. It has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a double sofa bed, a kitchen unit with a microwave, oven and freezer compartment, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. A child’s bed and highchair can be added free of charge on request. Free wireless Internet access is available.

You can make yourselves comfortable on the balcony with garden furniture, facing the forest, and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The house has a communal sauna and a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
The villa is characterised by a facade with historical seaside architecture, which has been renovated with attention to detail, and the use of high-quality and ecological building materials (e.g. antiallergenic paints and insulation material). The villa is surrounded by a garden for the use of all guests, especially those in the ground-floor apartments.

Please note that the whole villa is non-smoking. No dogs are allowed in this apartment.

    “Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen! Positiv: Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sehr nah zum Strand, liegt an der Einkaufsstraße, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Negativ: Die Schlafzimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard, sehr einfache Möbel, die Regalbretter im Schrank sind heruntergefallen, sehr alte Gardinen in den Schlafräumen bzw. Jalousien im Kinderzimmer, der Teppichboden im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafräumen war voller Flecken und sehr unansehnlich, die Küche und das Bad waren ok, insgesammt war der Preis für so eine Wohnung nicht gerechtfertigt, ich würde die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.”

    “Unterm Strich, war die Wohnung gut .
    Alle recht freundlich.
    Die Umgebung auch sehr schön. Positiv: Direkt an der Selliner Brücke.
    Einkaufen keine 100meter entfernt .
    Der Italiener in der Straße direkt nebendran sehr sehr gut Negativ: Viel zu wenig Parkplätze an der Wohnung,
    Und die Parkplätze vor der Tür ( Promenade) für max, 3h.
    Die Parkplätze wo ich zugewiesen bekommen habe , 7.50euro pro Tag und das mindestens 1km entfernt und total abgelegen im wald.
    Für den Parkplatz im Hof sollte man sich vorher telefonisch anmelden !! Das sagt man ihnen dann vor Ort wenn sie an der Unterkunft sind”
