Villa with two holiday apartments and a garden in the bathing resort of Costa Rei
The semi-detached house is situated in a quiet residential area of Costa Rei, the seaside district of the municipality of Muravera.
The villa consists of two holiday apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The two apartments are never rented out at the same time. Instead, the apartment which is vacant is used by the owners at the weekend.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 750m², where there is a barbecue and an out-door shower for communal use. The use of the garden is reserved for guests of the ground floor apartment, while the guests of the apartment on the first floor have a private terrace at their disposal.
The indoor and outdoor areas have been designed to allow a quiet and comfortable holiday.
Costa Rei is a well-visited tourist destination in summer. Near the villa there are various general dealers that can be reached on foot, restaurants, pubs and the two town squares: Piazza Italia and Piazza Sardegna. Approx. 50m from the villa is the bus stop which connects the place to Cagliari. The beach is 250m away and can be quickly reached on foot.

This welcoming holiday apartment is located on the first floor (65m ²), has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the kitchen-cum-living room there is a sofa and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with a water tank, a water heater, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV with satellite receiver, WLAN Internet connection, kitchen utensils, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sunshade, clothes horse, and cleaning utensils.
A 12m high glass wall separates the kitchen-cum-living room from the terrace (about 40m²), which is furnished with a table and chairs. Thanks to the wooden roofing, it also offers enough shade in the summer. A portable grill/barbecue is available to guests here.
