Villa with two holiday apartments and a garden in the bathing resort of Costa Rei
The semi-detached house is situated in a quiet residential area of Costa Rei, the seaside district of the municipality of Muravera.
The villa consists of two holiday apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The two apartments are never rented out at the same time. Instead, the apartment which is vacant is used by the owners at the weekend.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 750m², where there is a barbecue and an out-door shower for communal use. The use of the garden is reserved for guests of the ground floor apartment, while the guests of the apartment on the first floor have a private terrace at their disposal.
The indoor and outdoor areas have been designed to allow a quiet and comfortable holiday.
Costa Rei is a well-visited tourist destination in summer. Near the villa there are various general dealers that can be reached on foot, restaurants, pubs and the two town squares: Piazza Italia and Piazza Sardegna. Approx. 50m from the villa is the bus stop which connects the place to Cagliari. The beach is 250m away and can be quickly reached on foot.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a kitchen-cum-living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a small bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with a water tank, a water heater, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV with satellite channels, WLAN Internet connection, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sunshade, clothes horse and cleaning utensils.
Guests of this apartment have exclusive use (except the barbecue and the outdoor shower) of the garden with lawn area, where children can play undisturbed and where you can enjoy meals outdoors - thanks to the garden furniture.
