The rooms in this 152m² holiday house are very light and elegant. The ground floor has a big living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a TV and a DVD player. The adjoining kitchen with a dining space is open towards the living room. It is modern and fully-equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. Right in front of the kitchen unit there is the big dining table with wooden chairs. The ground floor also has one of a total of five bedrooms. It has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm and is wheelchair accessible. There is also a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and WC, along with a further separate WC. The upper floor has four further comfortably furnished double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, while the others each have two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. The upper floor also has a bathroom with a shower and a double washbasin, as well as a separate WC.
According to consumption: energy costs EUR 0.20 per kilowatt hour (mandatory, payable at location)
Visitor's tax and security deposit: visitor's tax 2% of rental price (mandatory, payable at location), security deposit EUR 400.00 (mandatory, payable at location)
General terms and conditions of provider
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
