4-room semi-detached house 120 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2022, antique and cosy furnishings: large living room 50 m2 with 2 sofabeds, satellite TV, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden. Dining room. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 2 beds. Kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Patio. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Old listed beach volleyball 300 m. The Danube is only 300 m away. The upper floor is occasionally occupied by the owner (own entrance). A visit to the Wachau is highly recommended, especially during the apricot blossom in spring, the apricot harvest in summer and the grape harvest in autumn. Cosy, rustic cottage "Alte Post", from the 18th century, renovated. In the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the river. For shared use: garden. Garden furniture. Private: beautiful garden (fenced). In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Restaurant 200 m, bus stop, railway station, public bathing area 300 m.
