The bathroom has a shower, WC, two washbasins and a little dryer. There is a hallway with cloakroom space. The ceiling height is about 235cm.
The living room opens into the unheated conservatory, on the south-east side. The conservatory provides seating, a swing for children and a washing line for hanging up laundry.
