Pleasant Apartment in Innerlehen with Private Parking

This holiday apartment with a conservatory is on the second floor, all on one level. It has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (80 x 190cm), a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove (four rings), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and everything you need for cooking and baking. The generous living room provides a sofa, bench, table and chairs, table football, satellite TV, a stereo system, a record player, a DVD and VHS player with a selection of books, records, CDs, VHS and DVDs. The bathroom has a shower, WC, two washbasins and a little dryer. There is a hallway with cloakroom space. The ceiling height is about 235cm.

The living room opens into the unheated conservatory, on the south-east side. The conservatory provides seating, a swing for children and a washing line for hanging up laundry.

    “Wir haben zu 3. die FEWO bezogen. Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Leider hatten wir im Wohnzimmer eine schlechte Wlan-Verbindung.”

    “Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig vor allem die zwei Waschbecken sind sehr positiv zu bewerten. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet und die Betten sehr angenehm. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und mit Fernseher, DVD- u. VHS-Player und Radio perfekt ausgestattet. Die Küche läst bezüglich der Ausstattung auch das Kochen größer Gerichte zu. Für unsere Kinder war der Balkon mit eigener Schaukel sowie der kicker im Schlafzimmer ein Spielparadis, auch konnten Sie sich an allen möglichen Brettspiele die im Treppenaufgang liegen bedinnen. Für uns war diese Wohnung genau richtig.”

    “Positiv: Die Betten bzw. die Matrazen waren doch sehr weich und durch, die Bettwäsche eher verbraucht.

    In der Küche fehlte der ein oder andere nützliche Gegenstand zum kochen.

    Ansonsten eine super kleine Ferienwohnung in einer top Lage. Die nahe Hauptstrasse merkt man kaum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind relativ nah.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und nett. Zudem sehr Kinderfreundlich. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Freizeit: Skigebiete Spitzingsee und Sudelfeld.

    Schliersee mit Schwimmbad.
    Wandergebiete, Langlaufloipen im Winter in der Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden.”
