Our charming, rustic apartment house is idyllically situated directly on the shores of beautiful Lake Millstättersee in Carinthia and offers a spacious natural bathing beach that invites you to linger and relax. The impressive mountain landscape is ideal for hiking and mountain biking up to 2,200 meters. Climbing and bouldering areas can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A tennis facility with 7 clay courts and a mini golf course are right on site. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. You can swim, water ski and dive at Lake Millstatt. There are horse riding facilities, department stores, children's playgrounds, inns and restaurants nearby.

The house presents a total of 5 apartments with a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Each apartment is fully equipped with a bathroom including bathtub and WC as well as a kitchen with dining area and TV.

The 2 apartments on the first floor are two-room apartments with separate bedrooms. They have spacious covered terraces, each with 2 sun loungers, parasols and a dining area.

Both first floor apartments are ideal for families with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults + 2 children.
