The beautiful house \"Villa Klaudia\" is located near the old town of Trogir, at the Island of Ciovo near to the beach.
With 4 apartments, the maintained house offers enough space for 2 to 23 people. Two of the four apartments are located on the 2nd Floor of the house and another two on the third one. You can get to the beach quite fast, because it is just about 200 meters away. The cottage was completely renovated in 2010, thus you needn´t to miss any comfort. Well, Wi-Fi, which can be booked for a small fee (see additional charges), is available in all flats. Nature lovers will enjoy themselves at their own expense, because the house is surrounded by flowers, gardens and fruit trees. Likewise, there is a barbecue place. For those arriving by car there is ample parking and, subject to availability, garage. For stays of at least seven nights your linen is changed once a week. Furthermore, there is also a washing machine available according to prior agreement.
Your local hosts inhabits the house, too. They are at your disposal for any further questions or requests. Even one or two interesting insider tips can be given by your hosts. To communicate in German and little in English is no problem as well.

The freestanding holiday house is located near the beach, in a side street of Okrug Gornji on the peninsula Ciovo (near Trogir).
The holiday house has a total of 4 apartments. The newly built apartment Marina with about 90 m² was bulid in July 2010 and offers space for up to five people (4+1). The apartment offers plenty of room for all guests. It consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a separate kitchen and a small kitchenette. In addition to that, it has two bathrooms, a large bathroom with a window and a small bathroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the second with two single beds. An extra bed for up to three people can be easily arranged. Furthermore, a modern TV set with a digital satellite receiver is available in each bedroom, receiving German and English television programs. You will not miss anything in the kitchen as well. Equipped with an electric oven, a large fridgefreezer, coffee machine, kettle and a sink you can enjoy your stay and dining. In the small kitchenette, you also have two hotplates, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and a kettle. The two air conditioners make sure you always have cool temperatures, even in summer.
The swimming pool (30 m2) with children's pool was completed in 2014, the enclosed terrace offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation.
