The beautiful house \"Villa Klaudia\" is located near the old town of Trogir, at the Island of Ciovo near to the beach.
With 4 apartments, the maintained house offers enough space for 2 to 23 people. Two of the four apartments are located on the 2nd Floor of the house and another two on the third one. You can get to the beach quite fast, because it is just about 200 meters away. The cottage was completely renovated in 2010, thus you needn´t to miss any comfort. Well, Wi-Fi, which can be booked for a small fee (see additional charges), is available in all flats. Nature lovers will enjoy themselves at their own expense, because the house is surrounded by flowers, gardens and fruit trees. Likewise, there is a barbecue place. For those arriving by car there is ample parking and, subject to availability, garage. For stays of at least seven nights your linen is changed once a week. Furthermore, there is also a washing machine available according to prior agreement.
Your local hosts inhabits the house, too. They are at your disposal for any further questions or requests. Even one or two interesting insider tips can be given by your hosts. To communicate in German and little in English is no problem as well.
Apartment in Okrug Gornji with Adjacent Balcony and Wonderful View
The freestanding holiday house is located near the beach, in a side street of Okrug Gornji on the peninsula Ciovo (near Trogir).
The holiday house has a total of 4 apartments. The apartment "Laura" is on the 3rd floor with 55 m² and is for four people, whereas two them must be children. The premises include a bedroom, a spacious kitchen, an exclusively furnished bathroom and a terrace. From the adjacent balcony and the terrace you have got a wonderful view to the sea. In the bedroom two people can comfortably rest in the double bed. But, by the large sofa in the living room two further people can spend a wonderful time. Small treats can be prepared easy and fast in the kitchen. It is equipped with a kitchenette, an electric stove, a sink and a fridge-freezer. You have not to abdicate a coffee machine or a kettle. You can start swinging in the day in the exclusive windowed bathroom. With the generous shower and the asthetic, high-quality materials, it has room for the whole family. Here guests can also delight in newly built residential areas and a cozy atmosphere.
The swimming pool (30 m2) with children's pool was completed in 2014, the enclosed terrace offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation.
The use of the air conditioning is optional and is charged according to consumption.
