Located in the area of Stonehouse, Durnford Street is a modern house with views across to Plymouth harbour. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this self-catering holiday home provides the perfect base for exploring Plymouth. Ideal for family holidays and getaways with friends, you won’t forget your stay at Durnford Street.
The Space:
Durnford Street is a stylish home with a light and homely look. Head to the living room and you’ll find a comfy sofa, an armchair, a flat screen TV and a dining area. Perfect for relaxing, you can retreat here after a busy day in Plymouth and enjoy a night in front of the TV with your loved ones.
The kitchen is modern and on trend with blue square tiles, light cabinets and a breakfast bar. You can make use of the oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave during your stay. There is also a washing machine making it ideal for your self-catering break in Devon.
The house boasts two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with crisp bed linens, whilst the second bedroom has a double floor mattress. Guests can also request for the sofa bed in the mezzanine to be made up prior to their stay. This will increase the occupancy to six.
Head to the bathroom and you’ll find a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guests have access to the full house. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
