    “Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht zentral, aber in einem ordentlichen Wohngebiet und war immer gut wiederzufinden, da man nur dem Wegweiser zur Fähre nach Torpoint folgen musste. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas entfernt, für uns aber kein Problem. An der Straße vor dem Haus war immer ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Plymouth ist eine interessante und um den Hafen herum auch eine schöne Stadt, im Juli mit quirligem Abendleben und netten Lokalen. Sie bietet außerdem die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge und Entdeckungsfahrten in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen: nach Torpoint, zum Dartmoor, nach Torquay, zum Bodmin Moor, nach Dartmouth und zu den vielen hübschen Orten und Stränden an der Südküste Devons und Cornwalls. Wir haben die Woche (bei wunderbarem Wetter) sehr genossen!”
