Modern holiday home a few steps from the Costa Rei beach

The holiday home is located in the final part of Costa Rei in a well-kept condominium called Turagri. The condo consists of small villas each one with a privacy and large outdoors spaces around. The condo is located near a well-known resort and a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. Within walking distance there are also services such as market, newsstand, play ground for children, restaurant, tourist office, ATM and a typical market twice a week.

The holiday home has a main floor and a mezzanine easily accessible from the living area. It houses a living room with dining area and large modernly equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, both with direct exit to the back of the house, a comfortable bathroom with shower. In the mezzanine there are two single beds.

The covered veranda equipped with table, chairs and a small outdoor sitting area is very nice and wide. The front lawned garden is surrounded by hedges and offers plenty of space for cooking on the barbecue or for a relaxing sunbathing. The small rear garden has a comfortable alfresco shower.

Costa Rei is a perfect place for a beach holiday. It has a very long sandy beach, a sea with unique colors also suitable for children, a nature with a unspoilt Mediterranean vegetation, shops and services of any kind. From Costa Rei you can easily plan outdoors sports, excursions, short trips by car to discover truly enchanting places.

    “Haus gut im Schuss, schöne Lage ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuss vom Meer entfernt. Zentral. Positiv: Ruhe (im Herbst). Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterasse aufs Meer. Negativ: In einer der zwei Toiletten hat es immer mal wieder nach Kanalisation gestunken. Restaurant: Isola Verde, Costa Rei - Feines essen, immer noch faire Preise”

    “Many thanks for the nice review. Regarding the problem reported only at the end of the stay, it is certainly due to the fact that the drain pipes were dry in a period in which the place was not very populated. However, we think we have solved it before closing the season.”

    “Assistenza in loco premurosa e gentile. Luca Frau ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Positiv: Non c'è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Casa perfetta, location stupenda.
    Pochi minuti di cammino per arrivare in spiaggia. Una vacanza perfetta.”

    “Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand, Pizzeria und Bäckerei sind in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein Spar ist ebenfalls sehr nach. Die Person vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.”

    “Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist super. Die Frühaufsteher können den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten. Die Übernahme der Wohnung war kein Problem, wir durften sogar etwas früher anreisen.”

    “Reibungslose, angenehme und serviceorientierte Kommunkation, Bereitstellung von sauberer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sowie persönlicher Check-in/out durch der ortsansässigen Agentur.
    Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft exakt wie beschrieben.
    Besonders hervorzuheben sind kleine Details wie zum Beispiel die kleine Badezimmertasche mit einer Rolle Toilettenpapier und kleiner Seife, sowie Küchentasche mit Spülmittel und Schwamm. Fliegengitter, alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Bequeme Betten. Einrichtung durchdacht wie zum Beispiel der klappbare Tisch für mehr Raum und neuwertig.
    Absolutes highlight ist die Nähe zu dem wundervollen Strand und die absolut atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon/Terrasse. Ruhige Gegend, direkte Nachbarschaft zu angrenzenden Partein.
    Erwähnenswert: Wohnung nur durch Treppen zu erreichen da Hanglage.
    Privater PKW Stellplatz vorhanden nur über Treppen erreichbar, einparken für geübte.
    Badezimmer schmal geschnitten.
