Gorgeous detached villa with a sea view and a short stroll from the beach of Costa Rei

The villa is located in Monte Nai that is the central and historical part of Costa Rei. It is a short distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia that can be reached in minutes by walk. It also has a slightly raised position. This feature allows you to enjoy a relaxing view of the sea from the garden and the veranda.

It is a fully fenced detached villa. This feature gives to the property a unique privacy. It is a one storey holiday property that has large spaces useful to accommodate comfortably six people. It has a very large living room with fireplace and dining area, a kitchenette modernly equipped, three bedrooms (two double and one twin), two shower rooms (one has also a washing machine) and a toilet without shower accessed from one of the two double bedrooms.

The large covered veranda with a sea view houses a dining area, a barbecue area and a small sitting area. The large and well-kept lawned garden is surrounded by hedges and adorned with plants and flower beds. It is a very enjoyable parto of the house and perfect for sunbathing. The garden comes also with a comfortable outdoor shower. The property has also a private parking lot that leads directly to the covered veranda.

The unique location, the short beach distance and the stunning sea view are the best features of this beautiful property.

Costa Rei offers you an enchanting beach and sea, a still unspoilt nature, genuine food and wines, shops and services of every kind. It is also an excellent starting point for organizing excursions and outdoor activities.

    “Dom z lat 70tych, ale bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Piekny widok z tarasu na górze. Niestety na tarasie nie bylo krzesel i stoliczka jak na zdjeciu ;-) Wielka zaleta domu jest fakt, ze sa trzy sypialnie i trzy lazienki. Jesli jedziecie w trzy rodzinki, to kazda czuje sie bardziej intymnie. Warto zwrócic uwage, ze jedna z sypialni jest w tzw. przyziemiu. Jest to najwieksza sypialnia. Dom i ogród piekne. Spedzilismy tam cudowany czas. Z ogrodu wychodzi sie na sciezke, na koncu której widac turkusowe morze. Mozecie z plazy korzystac zaraz na przeciwko sciezki. Idac zas w prawo mozna po 100m dotrzec do baru plazowego oraz miejsca, gdzie mozna zaplacic za parasol i dwa lezaki. Goraco polecam. Gospodarz domu - Luca - bardzo symaptyczny, zna opowiesci i historie :-) Bardzo szybko odpisuje na wiadomosci.     “Haus gut im Schuss, schöne Lage ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuss vom Meer entfernt. Zentral. Positiv: Ruhe (im Herbst). Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterasse aufs Meer. Negativ: In einer der zwei Toiletten hat es immer mal wieder nach Kanalisation gestunken. Restaurant: Isola Verde, Costa Rei - Feines essen, immer noch faire Preise”

    “Assistenza in loco premurosa e gentile. Luca Frau ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Positiv: Non c'è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Casa perfetta, location stupenda.
    Pochi minuti di cammino per arrivare in spiaggia. Una vacanza perfetta.”

    “Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand, Pizzeria und Bäckerei sind in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein Spar ist ebenfalls sehr nach. Die Person vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.”

    “Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist super. Die Frühaufsteher können den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten. Die Übernahme der Wohnung war kein Problem, wir durften sogar etwas früher anreisen.”
