This charming holiday villa for 11 people is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, right on the outskirts of Florence (25 km).
Surrounded by olive trees and age-old cypress trees, the villa enjoys, from its unique hilltop position, a 360° breathtaking view over its Tuscan surroundings.
Originally built in the 11th century, the villa has undergone extensive and meticulous restoration. The result is that today this gorgeous villa enjoys all the latest modern facilities and comforts guests require for a memorable and truly unforgettable holiday. The villa consists of two separate flats, which are connected by a communicating door.
At guests’ disposal a swimming pool (8X3, up to 1.40 m deep, open from May to September) next to the villa’s outdoor terrace, with hydromassage jets, and a spacious independent garden.
The villa is on two floors and is furnished in the typical Tuscan style, dotted with exceptional objets d’art, such as fine paintings, ceramics coming from Montelupo and typical ornaments.
On the ground floor there are two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen, fully equipped, with beautiful arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley, a toilet, a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, a separate dressing room, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a studio with a large single bed. Outdoors there are two furnished covered terraces, ideal for your al fresco dining.
On the first floor there are two large living rooms with a huge fireplace, perfect for snuggling away with a book, a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, a toilet, a master bedroom with queen size bed and large en-suite bathroom with double shower, a large bedroom with queen size bed, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms, as well as the kitchen on the first floor, are equipped with ceiling fans.
Facilities are Sat-TV, Wi-Fi connection, DVD player, CD player, safe, BBQ.
The property is fenced, and has a large car park. Access is via an automatic gate.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
