Delizioso appartamento di circa sessanta mq., situato in pieno centro storico, a pochi passi dallo splendido lungolago di Gravedona e dalla spiaggia (Serenella Beach).

    “Prijs kwaliteit top! Lokatie lastig te vinden staat nr 19 m
    en wij zaten op nr 31. Maar tel. Nr bij reservering gebeld met een paar min. kwam er iemand ons binnen laten. Helaas geen Engels sprekend maar met handen en voeten kom je ook zonder Italiaans een heel eind. Wij vinden het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Voor ons een toplokatie. Positiv: Top lokatie als je van de lokale bevolking wilt genieten en niet tussen de toeristen. Gezellige promenade waar je heerlijk kunt eten en dat op 5 min. loopafstand. Strandje dichtbij en in de omgeving van alles te doen en te zien. Wij hebben genoten. Negativ: Je moet goed ter been zijn aangezien de entree alleen met een trap te bereiken is. Tuin is niet geheel privé ook de Italiaanse buurvrouw zit op het dezelfde terrein. Maar prima vertoeven op het balkon.”

    “Ein schöner Urlaub mit Wandern, Radfahren, Schifffahrten, Bummeln und einfach nur Ausspannen. Gerne einmal wieder. Positiv: Das Wohnen mitten unter den "Einheimischen", die Nähe zum See und zu allen notwendigen
    Geschäften war sehr schön. Der Konktakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und über WhatsApp unkompliziert. Auch der eigene Parkplatz nahe der Wohnung war sehr angenehm. In der Wohnung war alles Notwendige vorhanden, Frühstück direkt vor der Haustür unter der Markiese war immer ein schöner Start in den Tag. Negativ: Die Ausstattung mit alten Möbeln ist eventuell gewöhnungsbedürftig (Vermieter restauriert Möbel), wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.”
