Das 2011 gebaute Haus mit zwei Wohnungen steht am Ortsrand von Liznjan, an ein Wäldchen grenzend.
Die Wohnungen sind modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Fliesen-/Laminatboden. Es gibt Satelitten-TV, Internetzugang mit W-LAN, gratis, eine Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen/-brett und Klimaanlage mit Kühl-/Heizfunktion. Hinweis: Das Erdgeschoß bleibt verschlossen. Hier mieten Sie eine Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung in der ersten Etage (Dachschräge, nicht störend) mit ca. 60 m². Wohn-/ Schlafraum mit Bettcouch, Eßplatz, und einer durch eine Theke abgeteilten, offenen Küche (drei Flammen, eine Platte, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Gefrierfach), Terrassenausgang. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett und ein Zweibettzimmer. Im Bad befinden sich Dusche und WC.
Das Grundstück ist teils von Mauer und Zaun umgeben mit ca. 500 m² mit Rasenflächen und Palme.
