This lovely holiday home is situated in a quiet location in Ližnjan, 1000m from the center, and 700m from the first restaurant. The house has a fenced closed courtyard with garden. The house itself is modern and fully equipped so you can enjoy your vacation. It offers accommodation to 4-5 people.     “Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Hund bestens geeignet. Man kann von dort aus viel unternehmen (Medulin, Pula, Rovinj). Meer mit meistens Kiesstrand gut erreichbar und sehr schön. Auch mit Kind und Hund. Positiv: Wer es ruhiger möchte, ist hier richtig. Haus ist schön, Meer sehr schön. Negativ: Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, etc. muss man selber mit bringen.”

    “Ich kann das Haus und die Gegend in der es steht ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Positiv: Es ist ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe, wenn diese gesucht wird. Die Zimmer waren jeweils mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, sehr angenehm; es fehlte an nichts. Negativ: Nur als Tipp würde ich eine Kaffeemaschine bereitstellen.”

    “Es hat uns gut gefallen in der Gegend gibt es tolle Buchten zu denen man allerdings immer fahren muss und teilweise viel Parkgebühr bezahlt. Positiv: Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt. Man hat viel Privatsphäre. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Stauraum. Negativ: Man muss immer zu Strand fahren. Nebenan ist ein Pool wenn man das Wassergeplätscher von drüben hört fehlt einem der eigene Pool.”

    “Wir fahren wieder hin. Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Eigentümer wohnen gleich nebenan und sind sehr nett. Negativ: Das einzige was mal neu gemacht werden könnte sind die Matratzen im Doppelbett.”
