Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in sehr zentraler Lage nur wenige Meter von der Metrohaltestelle San Giovanni entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage eine fünfgeschossigen Wohnhauses. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 x 190 cm) und einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa (140 x 190 cm) für zwei Personen. In der gut ausgestatteten Kochecke gibt es elektrische Kochplatten und einen Esstisch. Das Schlafzimmer hat Fenster nach hinten zum Hof hin, das heißt es liegt ruhig. Im Bad stehen Dusche und WC zur Verfügung. WLAN steht auch zur Verfügung und eine zentralgesteuerte Klimaanlage/ Heizung ist vorhanden.
Das Kolosseum erreicht man gut zu Fuß und ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich, da man auch Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.
