The 40m² apartment is on the fourth floor of a seven-storey building with a lift. The house was built in 1950 and the apartment was fully refurbished in 2016, providing all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool/warm). It has a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen and a bedroom with a very modern en-suite bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, an LCD flatscreen TV, a CD player, a stereo system and a dining table with chairs. An elegant breakfast bar separates the living room from the open kitchen with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a big double bed and a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom with light tiles comprises a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet, a toilet and even a washing machine. There is a cot and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

Your apartment is only about 30 metres from the San Giovanni metro station, with connections to all the major places of interest in Rome, such as Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and St. Peter’s.
