Comfortable holiday apartments with a balcony and a lovely view, right by the water with two boat moorings


The holiday apartments are in a quiet location in Bibinje, near the Dalmacija harbour and just 800 metres from the old town. Right behind the house there is the pebbled beach and the area offers a four-kilometre-long stretch of coast.

All apartments have their own balcony. There are parking spaces in the garage and right in front of the house.

Of course the apartments provide satellite TV, heating and air conditioning, and free wireless Internet access. Guests can also use two kayaks and two boat moorings in front of the house free of charge.

The beach is just a stone’s throw away. You walk through the little garden and you are already there. In the old town you can find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. During the summer months, all kinds of festivals and events are held in the vibrant town centre. There are a fruit and vegetable market and a tourist information office 1.5km away. You can find larger supermarkets two to five kilometres away. Public transport or cheap taxis can take you into the historic town of Zadar just seven kilometres away, if you are not travelling with your own car. Zadar airport is five kilometres away.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Bibinje where you can truly relax & have a great holiday from our garden you step into the sea, restaurants ,cafes & shops are all walking distance The Historic Town of Zadar is 7kms away just a short drive

The apartment is on the ground floor, has a living space of 55m2 and it is self contained with one bedroom that has a king size bed & a single bed, A bathroom with a shower, toilet & basin. A large living room with a flatscreen t/v & double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove,oven,microwave coffee machine & toaster, dining area with Balcony overlooking the sea

You have your own balcony overelooking the sea, In the garden area is a barbeque grill with table & seating that can also be used. there is a garage space for your car

Kayaks that can be used at any time, & if you have a boat we have 2 bouys that are available for your boat.

The beach is right infront of the apartment from our backyard you step onto the beach there is no road between us & the beach, shops restaurants & shops are all between 900m & 1200m in Bibinje it is possible to organise various tours. we also have weekly festivals in the town & Zadar is a short drive there is always something happening in the summer months

    “Tolle Wohnung Positiv: Die Wohnung hat eine Traumlage. Der vomBalkon gibt einen super Blick aufs Wasser . Die Vermieter sind total nett und haben für ins sogar das Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wundervolle Lage, nur durch den Garten und man ist schon am Wasser.
    Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine u.s.w.. Sehr nette Vermieterin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und neuwertig. Auch im Punkt Sauberkeit gab es keine Beanstandung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und nicht an der Hauptstraße. Direkt hinter dem Garten liegt der Strand,einfach genial!

    Dieses Objekt können wir zu 100 % empfehlen!”
