The holiday apartments are in a quiet location in Bibinje, near the Dalmacija harbour and just 800 metres from the old town. Right behind the house there is the pebbled beach and the area offers a four-kilometre-long stretch of coast.

All apartments have their own balcony. There are parking spaces in the garage and right in front of the house.

Of course the apartments provide satellite TV, heating and air conditioning, and free wireless Internet access. Guests can also use two kayaks and two boat moorings in front of the house free of charge.

The beach is just a stone’s throw away. You walk through the little garden and you are already there. In the old town you can find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. During the summer months, all kinds of festivals and events are held in the vibrant town centre. There are a fruit and vegetable market and a tourist information office 1.5km away. You can find larger supermarkets two to five kilometres away. Public transport or cheap taxis can take you into the historic town of Zadar just seven kilometres away, if you are not travelling with your own car. Zadar airport is five kilometres away.

Spacious ground floor two bedroom apartment

This apartment is located in a quiet part of Bibinje 7km from the historic city of zadar, the property is water front, literally from your balcony to the sea

The 90m² apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm wide) and a single bed ( 90 cm wide ).

The living room has an open layout and comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living and dining room has a dining table with chairs for six persons, a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. Heating, air conditioning and wireless Internet access are available. The bathroom has a shower and there is also another separate guest toilet. An additional bed for a baby or a child can be provided free of charge.

The living room provides access to the 30m² terrace with a typical Croatian fireplace grill and garden furniture. Enjoy the breathtaking view from here across the sea and the islands.

The flooring through out the whole apartment is hardwood timber, The living area is fully air conditioned you have wifi through out the apartment, and secured garage parking.

The beach is from the garden you are on the beach, restaurants & small grocery shops in bibinje are all walking distance 900m larger supermarkets like lidl are 3 kms away .Zadar is 7kms away

    “Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Eine Toplage direkt am Wasser mit traumhaften Blick. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sehr gute Bademöglichkeiten, sowie Standup,Paddelboot und Fahrräder vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden und kleine Städtchen zu Fuß erreichbar. Zadar 20min mit dem Auto. Parkplätze kostenlos verfügbar. Für Haustiere geeignet, da klimatisiert, Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen und Baden vorhanden. Positiv: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung und der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Bademöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stadtnähe.”
