This three bedroom holiday home is situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Allauch and is approximately 20km from the bustling city of Marseille. The large, contemporary villa is bathed in natural light and surrounded by greenery. Each of its three bedrooms benefits from an ensuite shower room and the master bedroom boasts its own dressing area. Outside, the swimming pool and pool house both ensure that you can enjoy plenty of relaxing days spent enjoying the Provencal sunshine. Children will be well entertained with a slide, a trampoline and a swing set. Adults may wish to try their hand at petanque on the petanque pitch. Alternatively, for golf enthusiasts, the Allauch Golf Course is just 600m away.

The charming hilltop village of Allauch is home to a pretty bell tower and enjoys sensational views of the surroundings. Marseille is home to the Calanques National Park where you can swim in the crystal clear waters. You may also wish to spend some time exploring the city itself, including its museums, its Old Port and the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica. A stroll through the narrow streets of Panier, which is an area of Old Marseille, is highly recommended for the area's colourful houses.

The small port of Cassis is just 20km from the holiday home: here you can laze on the pretty beach or dine in one of the town's many seafood restaurants. 50km lies the enchanting town of Aix-en-Provence, which has been nicknamed 'a city of a thousand fountains'.

Please note, the interior staircase is open and is not secured by a handrail. Another house is situated on the same plot, close to the swimming pool, however the discreet owner is often absent.
