Offener Wohn-/ Küchenbereich, separates Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss mit zweitem flat screen TV, Westbalkon, Klavier.
Modernes Wohnbad mit Eckbadewanne, großer Runddusche, Bidet. Der Wohnbereich ist mit kanadischem Wildahornparkett barfußfreundlich ausgelegt. Im idyllischen Ortsteil Broggingen, am Fuße des Schwarzwaldes. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderfreunde und Biker. Der Luftkurort Freiamt liegt mit ca. 12 km genau so nahe wie der Europapark Rust.
Das Terassenfreibad Herbolzheim liegt ca. 3 km entfernt. Golfbegeisterte finden quasi vor der Haustür, im 2 km entfernten Breisgau Golfpark einen sehr schön gestalteten 18-Loch und 9-Lochkurs vor. 



Die Ferienwohnung liegt im idyllischen Ortsteil Broggingen, umgeben von Hügeln und Weinbergen, gleichzeitig  am Fuße des Schwarzwaldes. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderfreunde und Biker. Der Luftkurort Freiamt liegt mit ca. 12 km genau so nahe wie der Europapark Rust.


Hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, ca. 70 qm Wohnfläche, mit offenem Wohn-/Küchenbereich, Traumbad, separatem Schlafraum in der Galerie und Balkon (Raucherbereich). Zwei ausziehbare Zweisitzer bieten bis zu insgesamt 6 Gästen Platz. Die FeWo ist über Außentreppe und separaten Zugang erreichbar. Freisitzfläche im Garten steht zur Verfügung.

Ein Parkplatz im Carport steht unseren Feriengästen exklusiv zur Verfügung.
