Holiday House in Plano with Private Parking and Panoramic View

This modern holiday villa, awarded four star classification in 2018, is nestled into the green landscape a little outside of Plano, above the Dalmatian Adriatic coast in the sunny south of Croatia.Enclosed holiday villa newly built in 2014 with a panoramic sea view from the private pool that can be illuminated at night, a sunny terrace with a traditional stone grill, an outdoor shower and an in-house fitness room

The two-storey holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2014 and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and under-floor heating in all rooms. The living space of 225m² comprises a living and dining space with an open kitchen, four bedrooms, three spacious daylight bathrooms, a fitness room and even a laundry room. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and an oval dining table made of wood with eight chairs. The open fireplace exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. A stylish cooking island separates the dining space from the kitchen, which is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction hob with a stylish round cooker hood made of stainless steel, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a convenient laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine. Wide stars lead up to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Of the four bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, the other three with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). Two of the three bathrooms are fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, one with a whirlpool function, while the third has a modern shower cubicle. All three bathrooms have a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Active holiday-makers can use the generously equipped fitness room on the upper floor. A cot is available and ample bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

The large sunny balcony on the upper floor affords a 360° panoramic view over the hilly landscape towards the blue Adriatic. Your private pool down below is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can swim a few rounds under a starry sky. Right next to the sunny terrace there is a traditional stone grill inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. A car is recommended during your stay and you can find secure parking spaces for two to three cars right in front of the house.

You enjoy a heating pool, chlorine-free and a saline filtration system is used. It is open all year round. The pool is equipped with massage, counter-current swimming system and underwater lights for
romantic atmosphere in the evening moments.

Your holiday villa is about 3km from the sea. The nearest beaches in front of Divulje and Kastel Stafilic are about 4km away (sandy and pebbled beaches). In the centre of Plano (1.5km) you can find shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants. The historical harbour town of Trogir about 6km away is definitely worth a visit.

    “This is a really lovely property. Built, finished and equipped to a high standard. The kitchen is well enough equipped to do a full range of cooking. The pool is small but lovely and well kept. The outdoor spaces are large and really lovely - there’s plenty of space in a couple of different areas.

    Along with this, the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming host; he gave us access to fresh fruit and veg from his garden and kindly cooked for us on the first night.

    Altogether this made for a wonderful holiday and I’d highly recommend this house.”

    “Really nice house, comfortable and well equipped. The pool is compact but really nice and well kept. The owner, Tihomir was incredibly friendly and welcoming - he cooked for us on the first night, gave us fresh fruit and veg from his garden and was full of recommendations for the area. It was a genuine pleasure to meet him and to stay in his house.”

    “Bei der Villa Plano handelt es sich um eine sehr gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit einem tollen Pool. Das Haus ist mit Klimaanlage in allen Räumen versehen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts.
    Herr Pusnik versorgt seine Gäste mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau ( sehr Lecker :) ) und ist auch behilflich in allen anderen Fragen rund um die Urlaubsgestaltung in und um Trogir.
    Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb von Trogir, der Flughafen und die Steinbrüche haben uns nicht gestört. Durch die verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten kommen Sonnenanbeter und Schattenliebhaber alle auf ihre Kosten.
    Zusammengefasst verdient das Haus und der Besitzer fünf Sterne, einem erholsamen Urlaub steht mit diesem Feriendomizil nichts im Wege!”

    “Zeer nette en ruime villa met ruim zwembad. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Een slaapkamer en badkamer beneden, boven 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en wasruimte met wasmachine (reuzehandig!). Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar, er was zelfs een welkom- diner voorzien. Op aanvraag maakt de gastheer ook tijdens het verblijf maaltijden tegen redelijke prijs. Van de omliggende steengroeve hadden we totaal geen last. Wij hadden een prachtige vakantie!”

    “Die ausgesprochen schöne und sehr saubere Villa liegt am Ende des Dorfes Plano auf einer kleinen Anhöhe mit Blick zum Meer. Die Villa ist vollständig eingerichtet, Handtücher, Bettwäsche wurde gestellt. Es gibt einen kleinen Vorrat an Grundlebensmitteln wie Pfeffer, Salz, Kaffe, alles andere muss selber besorgt werden. Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich vom Vermieter, Herrn Pusnik, empfangen, als Willkommensgruß gab es ein von ihm vorbereitetes Abendessen, ebenso ist er jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alle unsere Wünsche und Anfragen sofort gekümmert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.”
