This dreamlike penthouse apartment is located in a heavenly quiet side street of the quiet holiday resort Dramalj-Crikvenica, the popular holiday paradise which is located in the Kvarner Bay.
The luxuriously furnished holiday home is a new building that will be offered for the first time in 2018. It consists of a very spacious living / dining room with an open kitchen and an adjoining roof terrace. The very large roof terrace (15m²) is furnished, it is covered (excellent protection from scorching heat or a summer shower) and it offers a postcard view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Krk opposite.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) with access to the 4 m² balcony, a second double room (180cm), a single room (120cm) and 2 x toilet / shower.
A lockable parking lot is available free of charge. A second lockable parking space is available free of charge upon request and if available!
4-legged friends are welcome!
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
A lockable bicycle cellar is available free of charge.
The nearest rocky beach is only 370m away, the next pebble and fine pebble beach is only 450m. The official nudist beach "Kacjak" is 3.1 km away at the campsite of the same name and offers many hidden bays a paradise for nudists! The popular sandy beach "Crni Mol" (1.4km) is located in Crikvenica. The official dog beach "Podvorska" (Monty's dog beach & bar) is located in Crikvenica (3.5km) and is the number one dog beach on the list of the top 5 dog beaches on the Adriatic!
A pizzeria can be found 350m away, a small supermarket Konzum or the recommendable restaurant Domino are a stroll away. Large shopping center Duga Mall is 1.4 km away, market square, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and discos can be found in the center (2.2 km).
