Newer built holiday home which is situated on the attractive island of Okn by Kalmarsund. The house is of a high standard with 5 bedrooms, a whirlpool, sauna and a sunken wooden basin for 10 persons on the terrace. Okn is a holiday paradise with many bathing possibilities, shops, pubs, midget golf, tennis and angling possibilities. The house and the surroundings are very child-friendly. Ferry to land 2 times a day. It is not allowed to catch pike and perch in April and May. Riding school 15 km.

    “Das Haus ist meines Erachtens etwas in die Jahre gekommen (August 2016). Die Außenanlage entsprach den Bildern, wobei das Holz mal der dringenden Behandlung bedarf. Ein Splitter wollte gleich am ersten Tag in den Fuß eines Mitreisenden. Etwas Schimmel machte sich bereits im Badezimmer bemerkbar. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden, jedoch schlecht gepflegt. Wenn ich mit Endreinigung 130,-€ buche, dann erwarte ich auch, dass der Kaffeefilter und der Kaffee des Vorgängers nicht mehr da ist. Weiter ist ordentlich Staub unter den Betten gewesen. Die Staumöglichkeiten für Klamotten in den Schränken war ungenügend (Note 6) für ein bis zu 10 Personen bewohnbares Haus.
