Holiday apartment with a balcony and a view of the lake
The holiday apartment is in the attic of a well-maintained, three-storey residential house with a total of twelve apartments on a residential estate by the lake, somewhat away from the centre of the locality. Two small flights of stairs in the hallway lead to the apartment in the attic.
The apartment of around 68m² is suitable for four people. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with digital satellite TV, an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a double be (160 x 200cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, as well as other small appliances such as an egg boiler. All the rooms have heating.
The balcony affords a lovely all-round view of the lake Hillebachsee and the surrounding mountain landscape. You can park your car on the parking area in front of the house, from where there are steps leading to the house. You can drive up to the front door for loading and unloading.
The lake is about 250 metres away and the centre about 1 km away. There are shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants. In winter the stop for the ski bus is only about 250 metres from the house. The nearest ski resort is about 2 km away.
