    “Ein Bäcker befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für andere Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Restaurants und Cafés gibt es zahlreich, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind.”

    “Da die Orte ineinander übergehen (Klopein, St. Kanzian, Unterburg,...) habe ich alle gemeinsam bewertet.

    Die Grundversorgung ist gewährleistet durch Billa, Penny und Spar in der Nähe (ca. 3km). Es gab im eigentlichen Ort direkt einen Bäcker, der jeden Tag geöffnet hatte. Auch das ein oder andere Restaurant gab es. Weitere gastronomische Betriebe gab es in der ganzen Umgebung des Sees.

    Mit zunehmender Entfernung zum See nahm die Qualität zu und der Preis ab!

    Der See war toll. Jedoch gibt es keinen direkten Zugang! Entweder über den Privatstrand oder über öffentliche Badestellen (Eintritt um die 3,50 pro Nase). Am Privatstrand des Hauses war der direkte Zugang ins Wasser mit Sand. Sonst daneben sehr schlammig und daher nur über die Stege möglich. Weiterhin bestand die Möglichkeit seine Badeutensilien unter zu stellen, da es keine Parkmöglichkeit gab. Die Entfernung von 800m zum Privatstrand kommt hin. Aber 300m bis zum See erscheint mir sehr optimistisch.

    Die Bedienungen bzw. das Personal allgemein scheint recht unhöflich. Liegt aber am Typus des echten Kärntners. Diese sind etwas knarzig, meinen es aber nicht so!

    Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung waren die Obirtropfsteinhöhlen, Burg Hochosterwitz und die Tschepaschlucht. Eintritt für vier Personen im Mittel 25,00-28,00, also schon recht heftig.

    Zum Shoppen lag Klagenfurt in der Nähe (ca. 20km)”
