    “Sehr ruhige Lage "im Nirgendwo". Keine nennenswerten Einkaufsmöglihckeiten im Ort. Man muss mindestens 7 km nach Franeker fahren. Keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Hier muss man mindestens 3 km bis zum Deich fahren und kommt auch dort nicht direkt ans das Wasser. Nur ein besseres Restaurant im Ort, welches auch nur an vier Tagen in der Woche geöffnet hat.
