    “In Ovada zijn voldoende mogelijkheden voor boodschappen. De omgeving is niet zo toeristisch als bijvoorbeeld Toscane. Veel rustiger wat plezierig is maar dus ook goed zoeken naar uitstapjes. Aanraders zijn: Genua, kust, wijnkelder bezoeken, Acqui Terme is een leuk plaatsje.”

    “Het dichtstbijzijnde plaatsje heet Ovada en is mooi en er is best wat te doen. Restaurants zijn prima. Tussen half 1 en half 5 echter uitgestorven. Wij hebben verder nog een aantal plaatsjes bezocht: Tagliolo, Acqui Terme, Ovada, Gavi. Er zijn veel kastelen in de omgeving en er is veel te bezichtigen. Er is ook een Outlet-centre met afgeprijste merkkleding. Mooie omgeving dus en we hebben weinig toeristen gezien.”
