    “Der Ort Stiava hat eine sehr gute Eisdiele und Pizzeria sowie einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, Bäcker und Apotheke zu bieten. Zum Baden am Meer sind es ca. 8 km mit dem Auto, wenn man nicht in ein Bagno möchte gibt es dort auch freie Strandzugänge. Auch kostenloses Parken ist möglich, es sind dann nur ca. 300m durch einen Pinienwald zu Fuß.”

    “Der kleine Ort mit ein paar Geschäften (Bäcker !!!) liegt strategisch gut. Man ist schnell zum Strand bei Viareggio bzw. Torre de Lago. "Um die Ecke" ist Lucca und Pisa. Ausflüge zu den Carrara-Mamor-Steinbrüchen, nach Florenz oder ("Leonardo da") Vinci kann schnell mal zwischendurch gemacht werden.
    Gute Restaurants sind reichlich vorhanden. Alle genannten Ort laden zum Stadtbummeln ein.
    Wer gerne wandert, kann vom Ort aus direkt in die Berge gehen oder zu den Seen von Massarosa.”

    “Der kleine Ortskern ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier gibt es eine ganz prima Eisdiele und einige Einkehrmöglichkeiten von denen wir aber nur die Pizzeria ausprobiert haben die uns voll und ganz zufriedengestellt hat. Gäbe es nicht so viel tolle Sachen in der weiteren Umgebung, bräuchte man Stiava eigentlich nur für einen Großeinkauf verlassen sofern man selber kochen möchte.”
