Das Haus liegt sehr schön und abgelegen auf einer Anhöhe ohne Autolärm oder sonstige...Man ist eingebettet in Olivenhaine und Felder, der nächste "Nachbar" ist 1,5 km entfernt. Der nächste Ort, Pastina oder Pomaia, hat jeweils einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man morgens frische Brötchen kaufen kann. Alles sehr ländlich und idyllisch.
